The female gaze in dialogue with the Financial Times newspaper: the images of women painted in black on the faded pink newspaper recall the narratives of Greek black figure vases and shift “the news” from the momentary to the enduring.
The “flying figures” are of Naomi who is both aerial acrobat and writer, capturing the energy and creativity of her movement as well as ideas from our conversations.
